Where can I use Plink right now?
The web beta is live. App Store, Google Play, and ONE store launches come once the beta feedback is in.
Google sign-in shows "this app is not verified".
Plink is still in beta and hasn't gone through Google's OAuth verification yet. The warning is Google's standard procedure. Tap Advanced → Go to Plink (unsafe) to continue. The warning goes away after we publish to production.
During beta, only registered test users can sign in. If you'd like to join, email us the Gmail address you'd use.
How does the couple link work?
One partner signs up and creates a couple from Profile, which generates a 6-character invite code. The other partner enters that code on their side. You can set the anniversary date later from Profile, Start Date.
Does Google Calendar sync go both ways?
Yes. Events you create in Plink are written to your own Google calendar. Events you add or edit in Google are pulled on app open, on foreground return, and every 3 minutes. Only events you authored are pushed by your token, so there's no sync loop. Your partner's events are pushed by their token.
How does the AI reminder work?
As an anniversary approaches, cards appear at D-14 (Start planning), D-7 (Finalize or Recommend depending on your D-14 answer), D-1 (Last check), and D-Day (an LLM-generated celebration). Your responses are isolated from your partner by row-level security. Dismissing a card hides it for that occurrence only. The next year, it shows up again.

Why can't I see the wishlist meant for me?
By design. Wishlists your partner sets for you are hidden from you (enforced by row-level security) so surprises stay surprising. You can see the wishlist you made for your partner from your own wishlist screen.
My photo disappeared after reload.
That was a bug fixed on 2026-05-27. Earlier uploads were stored as browser-memory blob: URLs and didn't survive a reload. Photos now persist as base64 in the database. Please re-upload anything that went missing.
Can I export or back up my data?
No self-service export during beta. Email us if you'd like a CSV or JSON export of your account data and we'll handle it manually.
I want to delete my account.
Settings, Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent (events, todos, anniversaries, photos, AI responses, push tokens). The couple is soft-deleted so the other side can't rejoin with an old invite code.
I found a bug.

How much does it cost?
Core features are free. The Store sells coin-based cosmetics (themes, colours, stickers). The Store may be disabled or repriced during beta.
Is my data used to train OpenAI?
No. OpenAI's API terms exclude API-tier data from training, and inputs are kept for at most 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted. Plink itself sends only the minimum required payloads. See Privacy section 4 for the field list per function.
Will Plink launch on ONE store?
Yes. ONE store is part of the Korean Android launch plan alongside Google Play. The exact timing depends on beta feedback and store review.
